Deleting Your Data
You can ask Athletics LLC to delete the personal information we hold about you, including the messages you have sent us on Instagram or Facebook Messenger and anything we noted from them.
How to Ask
- Email info@atletx.fit, or message us on Instagram at @atletx.gym, and write “Delete my data.”
- Tell us your name and the Instagram username or Facebook name you message us from, so we can find your records.
- We reply to confirm once your data has been deleted.
What We Delete
Your messages and our replies, your name and username as we received them, and the notes made from your conversations: the summary, what you were interested in, and any phone number you shared.
What We May Keep
Records the law requires us to keep, such as payment records for members. If that applies to you, we will tell you what we are keeping and why.
