Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Athletics LLC (“we,” “us”) handles information collected through atletx.fit and through the messages you send us on Instagram and Facebook Messenger. The full privacy policy for the AtletX mobile app will be published prior to its launch on iOS and Android.
Information We Collect
When you visit atletx.fit, your browser automatically sends standard request data (IP address, user-agent, referrer, requested page) to our hosting provider. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
If you contact us at info@atletx.fit, we receive the information you choose to share in your message.
Messages on Instagram and Messenger
When you message @atletx.gym on Instagram or our page on Facebook Messenger, we receive your messages and our replies, the time of each, your name and username on that platform, and any labels our staff give the conversation.
We use these conversations to reply to you, to keep a record so that anyone on our team can pick up where a colleague left off, and to understand our enquiries: how quickly we answer, what people ask about, and which enquiries lead to a membership. To do this we use automated tools that summarise each conversation and note what you were interested in, a phone number if you shared one, your likely gender from your name, and how our staff handled the conversation.
Service providers store and analyse this information for us. They act only on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We keep conversations while we need them to serve you and keep our records, and delete them when you ask us to.
How We Use It
We use this information to operate the website, respond to inquiries, and protect against abuse. We do not sell personal information.
Your Rights
To request access to or deletion of any personal information you have shared with us, including your messages, email info@atletx.fit. How to ask, and what happens next, is on our Deleting Your Data page.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services evolve. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
